Attendance
At Guilsfield School we work closely with parents to ensure that every child is successful through a continuity of learning that enables them to achieve their full potential at our school.
A key part of our attendance strategy is to effectively monitor and address patterns of school attendance through our Powys 'Traffic Light Attendance Scheme'. At the end of every term parents receive a letter providing their child's 'Attendance Zone' and the table below explains the 3 different 'zones' of attendance.

| Green Zone | Attendance of 96% and above |
| Amber Zone | Attendance between 90% and 95.9% |
| Red Zone | Attendance below 90% |
