Governors

At Guilsfield School we have a very supportive and proactive governing body. Their role is to oversee the main processes of the school, ensure that policies and procedures promote and reflect our ethos and actively monitor the education for children with the view of maintaining high quality teaching and learning experiences through an enriched curriculum.

Parent Governors

Parents who have a child in our school may elect parent governors when a vacancy arises. A parent governor may serve up to 4 years on the governing body. Parents will be notified when a parent governor election is due and any parent can be elected. A parent governor has the opportunity to make a positive contribution to school life.
